Is your company a credit card processing company? At Trinity Payments we provide a service to our customers to help them find the best credit card processing for their industry. Although we are licensed representatives of all companies that we advertise of this site we are not an actual credit card processing company.

Do you offer free credit card merchant processing equipment? We do offer free merchant processing equipment to new merchant account customers. In some cases these free credit c terminals may be limited to only processing (such as not accepting checks, or online debit) If additional services are required Trinity Payments also provides the lowest cost for credit card processing equipment on either a purchase or a rental basis.

What are your credit card processing rates? This is one of the most common questions we hear. The problem with this question is it does not matter what your rate is. What is important is your total charges and fees which is also know as your net effect rate. For retail customers our average net effective rate is right around 1.89%. If you want to compare your current net effective rate divide your total monthly fees and charges by your monthly volume and you will have your true net effective rate.

What does Trinity Payments charge for their services?$0.00, nothing, notta, zilch. Trinity Payments is compensated from the processing companies we represent. This compensation does not increase any rates or fees to the merchant account owners.

Do you provide leases for merchant processing equipment? We do offer leasing through a 3rd party company if interested. We do highly recommend the merchant account owners consider a free credit card terminal or a purchase before entering into a lease for a credit card terminal. These credit card terminals are much like cell phones. After about 1-2 years they have become extinct due to new technology. If you sign a 4 year lease for a credit card terminal you spend half of that time paying for an outdated machine. Before leasing you should ask yourself would a lease a cell phone? If the answer is yes then we can provide you the contact information for a reputable leasing company. Again Trinity Payments and Northwest Arkansas Merchant Services does not recommend leasing for most merchant account owners.

I want my customers to enter a PIN number for debit transactions. How do I do that? In order to allow your customers to enter their PIN number you must have an external PIN Pad or a credit card processing terminal that has an internal PIN Pad installed. Either one of these PIN Pads must also have the proper encryption keys that are required by your credit card processor. Once you determine that you have the proper equipment to process this you need to contact your credit card merchant account provider and ask them to activate online debit.

Do you service credit card processing terminals? We do offer to service almost any credit card processing terminal that has been made in the past 20 years. Our experts will determine the defect of the machine, determine if warranty will cover the repair, and also contact you with the estimated cost before any repairs are made. For minor repairs such as paper, jams, ribbons, or bad connections a merchant account professional may be able to assist you without having to send your merchant processing terminal out for repairs.
